Our space
Tucked away in the heart of Dhaka City, this family-owned Baganbari, established in 2017, offers a quiet and welcoming retreat for both corporate events and personal celebrations. Surrounded by greenery, the property offers a calm setting suited to families, friends, and organisations. Located just 40 minutes from Gulshan, it is easily accessible while remaining removed from the pace of the city.
The house features open-plan spaces with large glass windows that bring in natural light. Brick and terracotta finishes are used throughout, and the outdoor areas are integral to how the space is used across the day and evening—whether it’s for a slow morning with tea, or an evening spent with music, food and good company. Joya is a flexible venue suitable for weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
In this video, you'll get a full tour of the space. You'll see a large stretch of open green space, ideal for picnics, casual hangouts or hosting events. The pond sits beside the cabana pavilion, an open structure made for shared meals, conversations or just sitting back with a cup of cha and enjoying the breeze.
At the center of it all is our family house, the heart of the space. A two-storied home with a kitchen, dining area, four bathrooms and an enclosed space that can be used as an extra room. Upstairs, there’s a large table that can serve as a dining setup or a conference-style space, with an accessible TV for meetings or entertainment.
